Where do you ship?

Across the United States. Flat $8.95, free over $99.

How fast will my order go out?

Same working day if it lands before 2pm Pacific, next working day otherwise. Tracking follows by email.

Can I return something I have used?

Returns are for unused gear within 30 days. If a piece has failed in normal use, that is a warranty matter, not a return — email us and we will sort it out.

Do you sell spare parts?

Yes, for everything in the current range. Most small hardware we send at no charge.

Do you do bulk or team orders?

We do. Email us with quantities and we will come back with pricing and lead time.
