Shipping
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $8.95 and is free on orders over $99. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a working day are packed the same day; everything else goes out the next working day.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. Most deliveries land in three to six working days depending on distance.
Returns
Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Send us an email with your order number and we will send a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the parcel is checked in, normally within three working days.
Damaged or faulty
If something arrives damaged, or fails in normal use, email us with a photo and your order number. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it — and we will pay the return shipping.
Spare parts
We stock replacement buckles, straps, guylines and stakes for everything in the current range. If you need one, ask — most small parts we send at no charge.
