By placing an order with Helix Adventures you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund in full where we do.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Unused gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
Warranty
We warrant our gear against defects in materials and workmanship in normal use. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, or modification.
Liability
Outdoor activity carries inherent risk. Our gear is sold for recreational use, and you are responsible for judging whether a piece of equipment is suitable for what you intend to do with it.
